Geography at The Polygon allows our pupils to question, understand, and explore the natural world in a challenging and fun way. It opens pupils’ eyes not only to their present surroundings but to a world of possibilities and dreams of exploration.
In Years 7, 8, and 9 all students learn Geography for two lessons of 40 minutes per week for 3 half terms of the academic year. For the other 3 half terms the pupils study History.
Homework projects are planned alongside classroom learning for those pupils wishing to have the opportunity to convey their creative potential and interest in Geography.
