In order to keep our pupils safe and offer them as many opportunities as possible we work closely with our colleagues in the local authority and charity sectors. We are lucky to have space available in school to host multi-agency safeguarding meetings and to have good working relationships with professionals in Children’s Services Departments in all three of the local authorities our pupils come from. We support the work of the Youth Offending Service and work closely with the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities 0-25 Service to ensure our pupils receive the correct level of support.
Our pupils have benefitted from support from the No Limits DASH project and from working with The Princes Trust. We are supported by NHS Public Health Nurses to ensure our pupils remain healthy and we work in conjunction with education welfare officers from the local authorities to improve school attendance and punctuality.
