Each year parents/carers and relevant professionals will be invited to attend an annual review of your young person's  Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). This pupil-centred process will allow you and your young person to share how the previous year has gone, discussing all aspects of school life both the positives and areas for development.  It will also give you both a chance to discuss the future to ensure that any plans made are focused on improving your young person’s outcomes.

Gemma Griffiths (SENDCO) and your young person’s tutor will share the progress that has been made and how the school will make provisions for ensuring that they arebest placed to meet their potential. A representative from the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities 0-25 Service may also attend the meeting to offer support and advice. After the meeting, an annual review report will be compiled by the SENDCO and copies will be sent to the local authority Special Educational Needs and Disabilities 0-25 Service and to parents/carers.
