How does the whole school contribute to the award?:
The whole school benefits from membership of this organisation by participating in training provided by LtL to broaden the delivery of school curriculum to include the school and surrounding landscape.
Milestones/achievements from the award:
- 2017: Natural Willow Dome Project (Tesco & LtL funded)
- 2018: Local School Nature Grant
- 2019: Bio profiles training for a science teacher on delivery of environmental topics
- 2020: MSMP Project
- 2022: Throne Building Project (Sir John Lang Trust). Please see video below.

Significant Milestone Projects:
March 2022: Throne Building Project with Sir John Lang Trust
In March 2022, our pupils had the opportunity to work on a project to build a wooden throne on our playfield, following a kind donation and assistance from the Sir John Lang Trust.
This video shows our pupils heavily engaged in the building process and is a great example of what can be achieved when they work together.
