Dearest 4NT, 

Welcome to the final phase of the Polygon School. Year 11 brings the Boss battles of increased pressure, exams, assessments and decisions about post16 pathways. To help you succeed, we will focus on: 

• Establishing consistent habits 

• Setting shortterm and longterm goals 

• Identifying strengths and areas for improvement 

• Managing stress, balancing workload and wellbeing 

• Planning for life after GCSEs (sixth form, college, apprenticeships) 

But we’re going to do this together… you are not alone!  

We’re going to have plenty of fun on the way.
