Welcome back after the summer. I hope you are keen to return to school and to hit the ground running. This will be a big year as it will be your last year before moving onto your next destination.

 

From the start we will focus on developing good routines and learning habits thus allowing you to improve your resilience and attainment. This year will be a maturing process as you prepare for life after The Polygon. This could be at college, an apprenticeship or employment.

 

We expect you to maintain a high level of attendance and be punctual to all lessons. We expect you to bring a mature approach to learning, staying engaged and focused throughout the school day. Lastly we expect you take ownership over your subjects so that you feel more confident when you come to sit your final exams in the summer!

 

In turn we will help and advise you were possible so as to make the educational environment the best it can be and to make this journey a success.
