Medication

If you child requires medication throughout the school day please complete a medication form and return it to school along with the medication so that staff can administer it.
It is important when bringing medication into school to remember that it must be in the original packaging with your child’s name on for us to be able to accept it.
Some pupils may not require medication throughout the day but may take it in the morning before coming to school. If this is the case it is sometimes useful for the school to have some of this medication in case it is forgotten in the morning rush. That way we can administer this to them instead of asking you to come in with it.

*It is important to contact the school as soon as possible if your child has forgotten to take their medication.*

Here is a copy of our school medication form. This should be returned to school if your son's medication changes.
